Delena serves as Operations Manager at Monterey Bay Recovery and has been part of the organization since its opening, playing an integral role in its growth and development. She has extensive experience in residential treatment and program operations.
Delena specializes in working with individuals affected by substance use disorders and is passionate about creating a supportive environment where clients can heal and grow. While she oversees daily operations, her favorite part of the job is building relationships with clients, offering encouragement, and witnessing the progress they make throughout their recovery journey.
Inspired by her parents’ recovery from addiction, Delena believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to change their life and build a brighter future. Guided by compassion, accountability, and integrity, she strives to ensure that every individual feels respected, supported, and empowered.
In recognition of her dedication and leadership, Delena received the Employee of the year Award at Monterey Bay Recovery. She has also presented at conferences, taught classes, and led workshops, sharing her knowledge and passion for excellence in addiction treatment.
