Misty is a registered Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) who earned her Master of Social Work from California State University, Monterey Bay. She specializes in addiction, trauma, co-occurring mental health concerns, grief, emotional regulation, and attachment-related challenges.

Her clinical approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). With experience spanning addiction treatment, behavioral health, medical social work, and community-based care, she is passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, reconnect with their strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Known for her ability to build genuine connections, Misty strives to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. She is inspired by witnessing individuals rediscover hope, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose as they move forward in their recovery journey.
